CUSTOM DEVELOPMENTS

We offer to develop products from the sketch or photograph(s) provided by our customer(s) & as per the specifications and dimensions provided by them. Development of customized products may take 25 to 35 working days and the customer needs to pay the full cost of the product as a processing fee as well as courier charges.
Amongst the processing fee for customized products development(s) will be pay by the customer  if an order for said product is placed to us by the customer and if it's value is USD 10,000 or higher then the customized products development(s) value will deduct in order price.

Sample(s) of customized product(s) can also be sent to the customer via their courier account.

SAMPLING POLICY

Paid samples are always available for our honourable customers. Every time we are demonstrating a new product in the market, most customers would be asking for samples to ensure its quality and physical appearance. With a huge product range, obviously the samples in our hand are not sufficient enough to satisfy all the requests.

For any sample request, we process fresh copy of samples(s) that may take 10-15 business days. And the customer needs to pay the full cost of the product as a processing fee as well as courier charges.

* Samples can also be sent to the customers via their courier account.

PRODUCT TESTING

As we've been highlighting repeatedly, our primary goal is to provide best possible merchandise to our consumers from our end. To ensure the quality of our production, the merchandise goes through several testing methods during production, which are described below (but it is also shown on "OUR WORKS" page on the website):

Testing for Raw Material(s): We use only A-Grade raw material(s) for production to maintain our quality. Raw material(s) may contain metal slabs, sheets, circles, Rods or Pipes. Any sort of raw material is tested for its quality before the production process.

Testing before Finishing Process: All products lots are tested for balancing, joints, proper fitting, sharp edges, leakages and further quality issues before they're passed to the final process of finishing.

Testing of Finishing Material(s): We prefer to use good quality material(s) for finishing of our products. Any sort of material(s) used for finishing are tested for their quality before use.

Checking of Finished Goods: Before packaging the products are finally tested for almost anything like any manufacturing defect, joints, balancing, proper fitting, sharp edges, leakages, and proper finishing etc.

Testing of Packaging Material: Any sort of packaging material involved in the packaging of merchandise is inspected for any defect and to ensure its quality before it is used.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

So many things reflect the value of merchandise in foreign trade like shipping charges, custom duties, import charges and bank charges against foreign money transfer etc. To balance such expenditures your purchase order must be... USD 1500 or higher in value, and 2 CBM or higher in volume.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Delivery lead time depends on the production process(s) of a product and the quantity of ordered. Usually a period of 35 to 45 days for 20'ft container, 75 to 90 days for 40'ft container is required for production and to release the shipment. For bulk orders this period may be extended by 10 days.

PAYMENT MODE

Purchase orders are categorized in small, medium, large categories. For different order types we offer different suitable payment modes to our customers, which are described below:

Small Orders: For small order valuing between US$ 1,000 to US$ 2,000 the customer needs to deposit 70% amount of total invoice value to our bankers at the time of placing an order. The remaining 30% amount is to be deposited to our bankers against Bill of Lading (B/L). Telegraphic Transfer or Transfer can be used for the transactions.

Medium Orders: For medium order valuing between US$ 2,001 to US$ 5000 the customer needs to deposit 60% amount of total invoice value to our bankers at the time of placing an order. The remaining 40% amount is to be paid deposited to our bankers against Bill of Lading (B/L). Telegraphic Transfer or Transfer can be used for the transactions.

Large Orders: For large orders (as 20'ft container, 40'ft container or 40'ft HQ container) valuing between US$ 1,2001 or above, the customer needs to discuss as this will be accepted on the mutual understanding of both the parties. Telegraphic Transfer or Transfer can be used for the transactions.

Sample Orders: For sample orders / trial orders valuing below US$ 2,200 we suggest the customer to deposit total value of the invoice in advance to our bankers to minimize the bank charges involved in the transaction.

 

FAQ

Q: How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?
Ans: We are glad to inform that Our Sample department can dispatch sample/samples to check the quality on customer DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account.
NOTE: - Mould cost for new design is not refundable.

 Q: What is the normal lead time?
Ans: For stock items, we will send samples to you within 10-15 days, for non stock samples it will take 15 to 20 days after receiving your payment. For customized products, the delivery time is 50-60 days after receiving your payment. That is dependent on the total quantity required.

 Q: What is your shipping terms?
Ans: We can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement. We will help you to choose the best efficient shipping way according to your detailed requirements. 

Q: How do you control the quality?
Ans: We do quality testing before starting the bulk production. Also, there is strict quality control system in place to ensure quality products to the client. Also, we always request our customers to inspect the goods before shipping.

Q: How to proceed with the order if I have logo to print?
Ans: First, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

Q: Can your products be Customized / personalized?
A: YES, we welcome the customization / modification to our clients.

Q: Which shipping port you provide?

A: 1) For Sea/Ocean Shipment: - NHAVA SHEVA JNPT, INNSA1 (MUMBAI)

     2) For Air Shipment: - DELHI AIR CARGO ACC, INDEL4 (IGIA, NEW DELHI)

Q: Can you provide Door to Door service?
A: YES, we can send you shipment / consignment at your door steps.

Q: How much the dispatch time?
A: We take 30 business days to dispatch an order.

Q: Do you carry Product Liability Insurance?
A: YES, we have PLI for some of our products, but we can insure the product on client’s request. The PLI costing will be added in product cost.

Q: Can you produce our design?
A: YES, we can produce your custom design. Just show us your Drawings, Ideas or Pictures.

Q: Do you accept payment by PayPal?
A: YES, we accept payment by PayPal with PayPal charges.
